Read this if you are a beauty or medical professional, salon or clinic owner who wants to tap into the secrets of marketing well to their ideal client base and get fully booked!
How would it feel to be fully booked with your 'perfect' clients?
Are you asking your potential and current clients the right questions?
Are you asking the right questions to offer a solution to their problems?
All problems have solutions.
That’s what makes them problems.
The solution might involve trade-offs or expenses that you don’t want to incur. You might choose not to solve the problem. But there is a solution. Perhaps you haven’t found it yet. Perhaps you need to do more research or make some trade offs in what you’re hoping for.
If there is no solution, then it’s not a problem.
Be the change you seek to make. - Seth Godin
We were chatting to one of our aesthetic clients today about messaging, PR, advertising and marketing material. We took a moment to write down what problems clients may have, this is a great exercise for any business. We asked:
What might our idea of an ideal cosmetic clinic customer want a solution for?
Wrinkles Wrinkle reduction Fuller face Droopy face Sagginess Dull skin Less youthful or radiant skin Active anti-ageing skincare Under eye wrinkle treatment Fuller lips Avoid duck lips Dry Skin Reduce Shine Skin Hydration
Try this exercise in your business and see what results you come up with. Next, come up with the solutions that you can offer patients and potential new clients to solve these problems and always ask these 3 questions:
What change are you trying to make?
Who are you seeking to change?
What promise can you make to your potential customers? (Hint: your promise needs to connect to the change you want to make in the world of your ideal client.)
Then change your marketing messaging to suit them. Listen to your customer and market to them.
